it tells. Our design job is to find the idiosyncrasies of our
clients and use them to create a design that tells their story.

As we become more transient, old items marking our past become
more valuable core possessions that help connect and ground us.
Many clients are fearful that too special a design will affect
the resale value. While we first hope that you will never chose
to sell off the fruit of your labor, we know it' sometimes inevitable.
Our experience has shown that well-designed houses which successfully
solve the functional problems of everyday life while also answering
aesthetic needs, have good resale value. Most everyone has walked
into a home that doesn't function but we have also experienced
homes that do so. It appears people don't have a problem distinguishing
the difference.
